McDonald’s “free” fries offer is subject to certain restrictions, such as using the mobile app and purchasing $1.
Customers will soon be able to take advantage of a new offer from the fast-food business, which includes a free order of fries to nibble once a week.
The “Free Fries Friday” promotion, which begins this Friday, will provide consumers who have already spent $1 on products through the McDonald’s mobile app the opportunity to get free fries as long as they follow certain requirements, the firm says. When they do so, medium-sized fries will be served to them.
The agreement will be applicable to anybody who “opted into Rewards” and use contactless mobile ordering and payment via the app, according to McDonald’s.
The corporation operates more than 38,000 restaurants worldwide. Of them, 13,500 or so are in the United States.
Each Friday, to redeem the limited-time “Free Fries Friday” promotion, choose it from the “deals” page and select “Add Deal to Mobile Order,” as per McDonald’s.
As part of its second-quarter reporting, the business revealed in late July that digital systemwide sales in its top six regions totaled $8 billion.
McDonald’s reported total revenue of $6.5 billion for the quarter, up 13.6% from $5.72 billion in the previous year. With $2.31 billion in net profits, it did well.
The fast-food restaurant business has stated that next week will see the release of its third-quarter financial statistics.
